1. Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 weeks at ILAC.
  2. Vacation requests must be submitted with a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice.
  3. A valid reason for your request must be provided and ILAC has the right to refuse approval.
  4. Vacations must be 2 weeks or 4 weeks in length.
  5. If you request vacation with less than 2 weeks’ notice due to an unexpected situation, you will be required to pay a non-refundable administration fee of CAD $50. Detailed instructions on how to submit payment will be provided after you complete the Vacation Request Form below.
